There is an excellent whisky gift shop as well as a coffee shop. Hidden away in the woods 3 miles (5km) east of the town is Edradour Distillery. Founded in 1825 by a group of farmers, this is one of the most delightful little distilleries in the country – the smallest in Scotland.
